📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q. How long will it take to receive my order? A. Since our items are made-to-order, it takes 2 to 5 business days to process and print your order. After processing, standard shipping within the US takes about 5 to 10 business days. International shipping generally takes 10 to 20 business days.
Q. Do you ship internationally? A. Yes, we do! We ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that international delivery times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in their country.
Q. How can I track my order? A. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Q. What is "Print-on-Demand" or "Made-to-Order"? A. Print-on-demand means that we do not hold pre-printed inventory. Instead, your item is exclusively printed just for you immediately after you place your order. This eco-friendly approach helps us reduce textile waste and ensure high quality!
Q. How do I know which size to choose? A. We want you to get the perfect fit! You can find a detailed Size Guide on every product page. We highly recommend measuring your favorite fitting shirt at home and comparing it to our size chart before placing an order.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? A. Because our orders are sent to production very quickly, we only have a small window to make changes. If you need to cancel or modify your order (like changing a size or shipping address), please email us at support@ortrends.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or change it.

Q. Can I return my item if it doesn't fit or if I change my mind? A. Because every product is custom-printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for "change of mind" or sizing issues. Please make sure to check the size chart carefully before purchasing.
Q. What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? A. We take quality very seriously! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a poor-quality print, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@ortrends.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a refund.
