Refund policy
At Ortrends, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for eligible products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it:
* Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
2. Print-on-Demand & Non-Returnable Items
Because every item at Ortrends is printed specifically for you once your order is placed (Made-to-Order), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or "change of mind." Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
- Gift cards.
Note: If you are unsure about your size, please refer to our Size Chart on the product page before placing an order.
3. Damages and Order Issues
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- The print quality is poor.
- You received the wrong item.
Please reach out to us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
4. How to Start a Return
If your item meets the eligibility criteria or arrived damaged, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at our support email with your order number and the reason for the return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Exchanges
Since our items are made-to-order, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the defective or incorrect item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately at support@ortrends.com
