Thank you for shopping at Ortrends! Since our products are specially printed for you once an order is placed, here is everything you need to know about our processing and shipping times.

•         All orders are processed and printed within 2 to 5 business days after your payment is confirmed.

•         Please note that processing times do not include weekends or U.S. national holidays.

(Estimated Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time)

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the carrier. Our estimated shipping transit times are as follows:

Domestic (United States):

•         Standard Shipping: 5 - 10 business days

•         Expedited Shipping: 2 - 4 business days

International Shipping:

•         Standard International: 10 - 20 business days (Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on the destination country's customs processing times.)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the selected shipping method, and the total size/weight of your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Ortrends is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
